Help! My hair is falling out?
Hi(: So my hair used to be somewhat thick and turned really curly a couple of years ago. I always hated it so i straightened it every day for about almost 2 years constantly. It became really damaged (its pretty long) so i stopped and started using catwalk curls rock and hairspray in it, but for the last few months its been falling out like crazy and now i have half of what i used to…now i havent straightened it since april and never dyed it or anything but i did have 2 surgeries in january if that means anything? ive been trying hot oil and deep conditioning treatments but it still falls out all the time. Its not from breakage either just whole strands fall out, why is it doing this? how can i stop it? are there vitamins or shampoo that will not thicken the strands but actually make my hair grow thick again?
ps. i just saw a infomercial for ouidad curl confidence system, has anyone ever used it, does it really work?
oh and i dont know if it means anything but i am only 15.
I am not a hair expect. But still, I wanna help you since i knew a few basic things about hair damage that i can share with you.
1) Avoid changing shampoos.Stick with one.
2) Do not be under stress or so.
3) Do not apply anything oily to your hair skin
4) Avoid too much heat to your hair
5) Stay away from junk food/fast food. Very scientifically proven.
6) Some shampoo provides extra beta kerotin that helps in strengthening hair and its roots.
6)Visit any hair care expert near you. Cus maybe you got something something else like a hereditary weak hair, bacterial infection or so.
